Services for WIND employees
In May 2006, WIND launched the “WIND for you “ project, with the aim of helping WIND staff reconcile their professional duties with their everyday needs, internalizing within the company some activities which would otherwise encroach on their spare time.
A series of useful services were set up, including the “time-saving” service (which helps reconcile work and personal needs), a set of “conventions” (for the purchase of discounted price plans, including on-line plans, along with discounts on products of various kinds), an on-line “notice board” (a space where various notices can be posted, for sales, purchases or the giving of gifts).
In order to support both the family importance and needs, always inspired by the purpose to invest in initiatives dedicated to the employees, from 2006 Wind has realized four nursery centers in the main locations. The new centers – opened in the first months of 2011 – are in Rome and Palermo; the others are in Pozzuoli and Milano Lorenteggio (respectively opened in 2007 and 2008).
