Services for WIND employees

In May 2006, WIND launched the “WIND for you “ project, with the aim of helping WIND staff reconcile their professional duties with their everyday needs, internalizing within the company some activities which would otherwise encroach on their spare time.

A series of useful services were set up, including the “time-saving” service (which helps reconcile work and personal needs), a set of “conventions” (for the purchase of discounted price plans, including on-line plans, along with discounts on products of various kinds), an on-line “notice board” (a space where various notices can be posted, for sales, purchases or the giving of gifts), and the “hitch-hike” service (where people can offer other staff lifts to and from work, or find someone to give them a lift, thereby reducing pollution caused by traffic).

In September 2007, the first WIND nursery centre, “Arcofelice”, was launched at the Naples Pozzuoli office, with the opening ceremony attended by CEO Luigi Gubitosi along with representatives from regional public institutions. The new facility was set up in collaboration with the Campania Region and Pozzuoli Council, in order to offer a flexible, quality service to the mums and dads working at WIND.
