Information and reporting

Following changes in the corporate structure, meetings of the respective Board of Directors of Weather Investment SpA and Wind Telecomunicazione SpA, held on 19 July 2006 and 3 August 2006, have adopted a new version of the Code of Ethics to be applied generally within the Group as an essential element of its Corporate Governance.
The new Code of Ethics, in line with the one adopted by Wind in 2003, establishes the commitments and the ethical and social responsibilities to be observed by all those who operate in the name of and on behalf of Group companies, in managing the business and activities. It represents the principal tool for implementing corporate ethics.
Pending assignment of responsibility for monitoring the Code and analysing any reports to Weather’s Audit department, stakeholders can request information or report, in writing and in non-anonymous form, any violation or suspected violation of the Code of Ethics to Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA’s Internal Audit Department.
Reports will be investigated without disclosing the identity of the source.
