It is an important choice reflected in the wording of Wind's Commitments to its Customers, a document which commits us to carrying out these philosophies we uphold.
This document, which is subject to change through technological advancements, organizational changes and customer suggestions, contains:
- our guidelines for the supply and standards of service;
- quality parameters and evaluation tools; and,
- consumer protection.
Wind's Commitments to its Customers came into effect under article 10 DPR, n. 318, on 19 September 1997 under the directive of the Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri on the 27 January 1994 in relation to the guidelines for the supply of public services.
