In occasion of the convention of Spal TLC, WIND reaffirms its support for Spal TLC as a strategic commercial partner

Rome - Deepening a successful partnership that has continued for eleven years, Wind and Spal TLC announced, at the Spal convention, the acquisition by Wind of a minority stake in the company for a consideration of EUR 13 million.
With this acquisition, which was completed on June 15, 2011, Wind intends to further consolidate and strengthen a unique distribution model that has proven successful in the Italian market representing a key element of an effective commercial planning process, that will be key to the further development of the company.
The strategic value of this transaction represents the natural evolution of an exclusive cooperation between the two companies that has intensified over the years. The cooperation with Spal TLC is intended to leverage on the extensive distribution coverage offered by the latter in order to strengthen the overall position of Wind in the telecommunications market.
This partnership enables Wind to further capture the opportunities offered by the Italian market and sets the foundations for an even more stable cooperation with Spal TLC, built upon professionalism and innovation.
